FINALLY got to go thrifting!  Loved every minute of it although it was freezing and I must have walked 10 miles.  All in all, I made out like a bandit!  Swiped:

1. I've written a yet unpublished book about vampires (and no, NOTHING like Eclipse which would make Bram Stoker turn in his grave)
2. Saw Paranormal Activity 1 week ago for the first time and still sleep with the TV on all night
3. Had nightmares after watching Jurassic Park
4. I'm terrified of bugs and once waited outside my apartment for a half hour until a moth with the wing span of Texas flew away
5. I think mice and rats are the cutest things
6. I'm convinced that I will never be able to save copious amounts of money - spending it is far too much fun!
7. I'm a speed demon....'move, get out the way...'

'Thou Art a Votary to Fond Desire'

...and boy did I desire this Marc by Marc Jacobs bag!  I saw it on a girl in the street one day in July while on my lunch hour and practically ran back to the office to peruse store websites for it.  Bloomingdales seemed to be my only hope but after calling EVERY Bloomies store in the nation, (yes, I'm nuts like that) found, to my chagrin, the bag  to be sold out.  I could not believe I missed out on so fabulous a bag!

Anyhoo, I turned to my next trusty source: eBay.  It took some time (especially since I wanted this cement color) but I finally found it, bid on it, and now it's mine!  It was fairly new and still has that wonderful new leather smell!  Oh genious bag!  It holds absolutely EVERYTHING!  And as a bonus, I snagged this ultra toasty Diesel sweater : )
