NEW IN:

I usually do not find Steve Madden shoes comfy so have shied away from them. But these shoes (first seen in the berry color) really caught my eye, and since they were open toe, I thought I'd give them a whirl. OMG!!!  Comfy and oh-so-cute! (And by the by, I've seen them now on no less than 10 fashionalbe ladies' footsies in a 7 day period.)

Noticed them on sale at Nordstrom's, who of course did not have my size; clicked on over to Bloomingdale's which did have my size but alas, they weren't on sale.  Never fear! Ladies, don't forget to ask stores if they price match. Bloomies did, I got them at the Nordstrom sale price and the lovely associate gave me free shipping!  SCORE!

Oh, and they were so comfy that I had to get the black pair as well :)

Shoes:  Steve Madden
Orig. Price: $129
Paid: $86.90

I searched Etsy, eBay and any vintage shop/stall I could find for a solid year for this vintage rhinestone collar necklace.  I FINALLY found it on eBay.  It was worth every penny and the wait! It's a 1940's piece and it is absolutely stunning!

Oh and have you met my DIY leather studded collar?  Charmed, I'm sure!  I think I'm going to make another one in a bright orange color!

  19. Thanks! I'm trying to brush up on my photography skills, albeit rather slowly. I love the way you put the necklaces on the tree, it looks so quirky! Your ideas are so creative, I'm low on cash after my shopping spree today and seeing that embellished collar has made me feel sorrowful, I want it! Thanks for commenting on my last post by the way, your blog is great. Of course I'd love to follow you, in respect of you following me too. I think you can add me through blogger itself, seeing as I own a domain now and I don't have the option on my blog layout, sorry about that. I'm looking forward to your next post.
