I had been eyeing this awesome necklace for a while at A Peace Treaty (trying to come up with reasons to justify my spending $280 for it), but as luck would have it, I attended the Wieden & Kennedy NY SHOP event and there it was lying all by its lonesome in a case at the A Peace Treaty stand for only $50! Of course, I grabbed it up with all haste.
I am in absolute love with the high-low hem this season. There's just something about the long flowy back and the sexy upshot of hem showing off the gams that's just sooo sexy yet demure. Great take on the maxi, I think!
What do you think of the high-low hem? Yes, thanks! or No, thank you, mam?

The question on my previous post asking you ladies how you took your pics got me some hilarious responses! Here are some of them:
Yasmeen of Castle Fashion - :D Tripod! Woo! I'm still doing the primitive place-camera-on-stoop/stairs-and-take-pic thingy.
Francesca of Don't Call Me Fashion Blogger - I am doing the same as you without a tripod when I am self-shooting. Otherwise I ask my hubby to take pictures and generally they are the worst that you see in my blog;-))
Sacramento of Mis Papelicos - My husband takes my photos, not without some mumbling...LOL.
Vanessa of Take Only Memories - I usually use a tripod. Sometimes my boyfriend takes the pics (and than calls himself a "tripod"...silly boy!)
Dear Girl Wallflower - My husband takes most of my photos -- after being yelled 500x...and still, there are shots that can make me cry
Hey, we do what we can to get the shots! Even if some of our significant others get yelled at :)Pin It
