As soon as this pretty skirt hit my doorstep and I ripped it out of the package, I had to blog it. Love the bright color, love the midi length and love the cotton/linen material.
I had a mind to show it with my beloved fox shirt, but since it was kinda overcast and COLD, I decided to give my mustard cashmere turtleneck one last whirl.
Finished it all off with some socks (decided to try this trend and I think I like it) and my sky high nude heels (which you saw in my previous post here). I'm quite surprised that I can actually walk in these shoes. I used to guffaw at girls who said their 6 inch heels were comfy, but now I see that I was wrong. The platform really does save your foot. So do, ladies, go and try some on if you are still a bit wary of the towering heel and see for yourself!
I didn't get all the shots I wanted with this marvelous skirt for two reasons, (1) I was in a 'No Trespassing' area and I kept looking around for the police to come and cart me off, and (2) there was some weird animal in the distance staring at me which, at the time, I believed to be a ravenous coyote, and not entirely sure if he and his friends were about to attack me from the brush, I hightailed it out of there!
Do any of you ladies defy the law or brave the wild while shooting any of your pics?
